This probably my third “braise Fish” video and probably not the last one. You can notice they are all different, but very similar. Bottom line is every time, I cook “braise fish” or anything else, and I adapt it to fit what I will like to eat that day. Lately I have been feeling “thyme” a lot, so I kinder incorporate it in my recipe.
I got the question a lot: “What spices do you use?”
Well, it depend on the day. But my basic are garlic, ginger and black pepper. Therefore, depending on what I want that day, I might add some Paprika, Onion, Persil, Thyme, and Cumin…
Every recipe can be adjust to your taste

2 large tomatoes
1 pepper 1 onion &
1 teaspoon paprika or a small piece of chili
a cubic tablet
2 garlic cloves garlic 0R 2 cases of its powder
2 cloves Ginger 0R 2 cases of its powder
4 tablespoons of oil,
4 tablespoons of lemon juice
2 tablespoons minced parsley or preferably herb (thyme parsley gold)
4 tablespoons of Mayonnaise & Moutard
Salt Pepper.
For the fries: Potatoes + oil + salt
2 grosses tomates
1 poivron 1 oignon &
1 cuillère à café de paprika ou un petit morceau de piment
1 tablette cubique
2 gousses d'ail ail 0R 2 cas de sa poudre
2 gousses Ginger 0R 2 cas de sa poudre
4 cuillères à soupe d'huile,
4 cuillères à soupe de jus de citron
2 cuillères à soupe de persil haché ou de préférence herbes (thym persil or)
4 cuillères à soupe de mayonnaise et de moutarde
Sel poivre.
