Easy tomato tatin recipe. 100 g of sugar, 1 c a s of water, 2 tomatoes and 2 basil leaves, 2 discs of puff pastry. Put the sugar and water in a pan to make the caramel.Cut the tomatoes in the third and then empty.Pour caramel into molds and place all your tomatoes and basil.Cover with the dough and then the toe. Cook 15 to 20 minutes
